Shipping policy

Preorder shipping times
Alone, At Last operates on a preorder model, meaning items are produced after orders are placed. Once the website closes and bulk production is ordered, estimated delivery is typically 6–10 weeks.

This timeframe may include production, international freight, processing, and final delivery to your door. Because these are preorder items, delays may occasionally occur during production or transit.

As Alone, At Last grows and transitions toward more premade inventory, shipping and fulfillment times are expected to decrease for future drops.

International shipping
We ship internationally where available. International orders may take longer to arrive due to customs, carrier delays, and destination-country processing times. Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, order, and available delivery method.

Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email.

Incorrect addresses
Please make sure your shipping information is correct before placing your order. Alone, At Last is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
